Return

You have the right to cancel your order up to 30 days after the day of receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 30 days to return your product. You will then receive a full refund of the order amount, including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning the product from your home to the webshop are for your own account. These costs amount to approximately €9.95 per package; please consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all delivered accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging.

To exercise this right, you can contact us via hello@fluffbedding.be. We will then refund the due order amount within 30 days after notification of your return, provided that the product has already been received back in good order.

If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to try out the product, we may pass on this depreciation of the product to you. Please handle the product with care and ensure that it is well packaged when returned.
