Who delivers the package?
We work together with PostNL, DPD and DHL. We automatically choose the courier who can take the most sustainable route. We believe it is incredibly important that the package is delivered with care. If you want to order for less than €50, the shipping costs will automatically be added to your total amount. This will only be visible after entering the delivery address.
Can I track my package?
Rest assured, with a personal Track & Trace link you don't have to worry about the journey of your package. You can track your package with a single click from your mailbox.
I want to return an item
We want to make it as easy as possible for you! That's why we offer a 30-day cooling-off period. You may return all items within 30 days, provided you keep the items in their original condition.
